This home was previously listed and had not attracted any showings nor sold, so the seller contacted our office asking if we could help. The home was great but there were a few things hindering the buyers from wanting to see the home and one was the pictures. Something I ask myself when a property is not showing or selling, "What can I do different?"  We scheduled our staging appointment and two days later the sellers had completed the recommendations. One suggestion was to paint the portion of the wall surrounding the french doors. Notice in the picture on the right, the room appears larger and your eyes do not focus on the mauve wall color. There were several low budget and simple changes made, such as defining the purpose of the rooms, start packing what is not being used, clearing book shelves, moving out unnessecary items, and pricing right.  These eye catching photographs that show off the wonderful property helped make the difference.  This home received multiple offers and sold.
